The Director of Client Services role will be responsible for the management and performance of the client-facing account management team. The role requires a strong desire to provide exceptional client experiences, coach customer servicing skills, an appetite for continual improvement of client servicing standards/process, and a desire to build new external relationships in the business community. Job Description:
  • Perform weekly check-in and coaching of account management team members
  • Ensure team resources are allocated effectively in collaboration with project manager
  • Mentor account managers on client servicing and sales related skills
  • Report to President and be active member of Bluetrain leadership team
  • Lead the improvement and implementation of client servicing standards
  • Support account managers with complex issues / troubleshooting / sales
  • Share new business development activity with President to drive growth
  • Join client meetings for strategic discovery and key deliverable presentations
  • Act as client-facing lead on a couple key enterprise accounts
  • Oversee the consistent implementation of client experience surveys (ie. NPS)
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes/workflow to progress client experience
Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum of 6-8+ years of high-level client servicing experience is required
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of team management/coaching experience is required
  • A track record of delivering outstanding client experiences across multiple accounts
  • Experience leading/organizing account team across multiple client projects in parallel
  • Experience coaching/supporting client-facing team with issues/troubleshooting
  • Experience with business development, networking and custom proposal writing
  • Professional marketing agency experience an asset
  • Confidence and desire in public speaking an asset
  • Advanced experience across digital marketing channels an asset
  • Google Ads qualifications an asset
  • Google Analytics qualifications an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills
  • Highly results driven individual
