A Bit More

Before joining Bluetrain, Roxanne completed the Public Relations Program at MacEwan University. Her decision to pursue a career in communications sparked in 2008 while working for a ski and snowboard tour company where she managed their social media accounts. Since then, she has take on such roles as Assistant to the Editor for the Alberta Dental Association & College to help with their centennial book, and Communication Coordinator for a health and wellness company which landed her in China to help develop an interactive software program.

At Bluetrain, Roxanne focuses on content marketing. Her role (in a nutshell) is to plan and facilitate the creation and promotion of high-quality content for our clients. This can range from blogs and webpages to social media and influencer outreach campaigns.

Roxanne believes that data-driven content should be an ongoing conversation through all stages of the sales funnel. It should provide value to customers and potential customers, and answer any questions they may have. With a love for organization and an eye for detail, Roxanne is passionate about creating meaningful content that has a lasting impact.

When she’s not working or getting into debates over the Oxford comma, you can find her snowboarding in the mountains, practicing yoga, or spending quality time with family and friends.
