We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity for: Digital Advertising Specialist
What You’ll Do:
As the Digital Advertising Specialist at Bluetrain, you will define and execute strategic campaigns across a wide range of digital platforms, including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, audio, and more, analyzing performance and providing actionable insights to help clients achieve their goals. You act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating data into clear strategies and solutions. Collaborating with account and operational teams, you guide campaign planning, optimization, and reporting, using your expertise and communication skills to deliver measurable results across all digital channels.
- Set up new client and campaign ad accounts across platforms to ensure proper tracking and performance readiness.
- Conduct keyword research and develop landing page recommendations to support paid search strategy and performance.
- Collaborate with the creative and account teams to align campaign strategy, messaging, and execution for optimal performance.
- Manage multiple advertising accounts across various platforms to drive performance improvements.
- Oversee and manage client ad budgets on a monthly basis to ensure efficient spend and ROI.
- Plan and execute A/B tests to refine ad creative, targeting, and landing page performance.
- Provide insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations for monthly reports and participate in client meetings.
- Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends to identify, test, and recommend new features and platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications for relevant advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, StackAdapt, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
What You Bring:
You’re skilled at executing campaigns across a variety of digital advertising channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and audio, and can monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization. You work professionally and cooperatively with clients and teammates to support a collaborative work environment. You understand the value of data-driven digital advertising in helping clients achieve their business goals.
Qualifications:
- A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an asset
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with digital advertising, including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and other digital channels
- Experience managing and optimizing both DTC and B2B digital advertising campaigns
- Practical experience with analytics and tag management platforms, including regular monitoring, reporting, and performance measurement
- Familiarity with marketing measurement tools for conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign performance
- Strong problem-solving skills and a performance-driven mindset with attention to detail in campaign execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly collaborate with teammates and support client communications
